วันที่ 29 เม.ย.68 น.อ.ทิวา อ่อนละออ ผู้บังคับการศูนย์ฝึกทหารใหม่ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ (ผบ.ศฝท.ยศ.ทร.) ต้อนรับ พล.ร.ท.พิบูลย์ พีรชัยเดโช เจ้ากรมข่าวทหารเรือ และคณะผู้ช่วยทูตทหารต่างประเทศ/กรุงเทพฯ ที่มีถิ่นพำนักในต่างประเทศ ในการเข้าเยี่ยมชมหน่วย ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ทฤษฎีใหม่ ศูนย์ฝึกทหารใหม่ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ ต.บางเสร่ อ.สัตหีบ จว.ชลบุรี
กรมข่าวทหารเรือ กำหนดจัดกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างกองทัพเรือกับผู้ช่วยทูตทหารต่างประเทศฯ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 (MAC-T Tour 2025) ระหว่างวันที่ 29 เม.ย.68 - 1 พ.ค.68 ในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออก (จ.ชลบุรี และ จ.ระยอง) โอกาสนี้เพื่อให้การสร้างการรับรู้ภารกิจในการฝึกทหารกองประจำการของกองทัพเรือถือได้ว่าเป็นหนึ่งในเรืองที่คณะผู้ช่วยทูตทหารต่างประเทศฯ ให้ความสนใจ เจ้ากรมข่าวทหารเรือ จึงได้นำคณะฯ เข้าเยี่ยมชมศูนย์ฝึกทหารใหม่ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ
โดยศูนย์ฝึกทหารใหม่ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ เป็นหน่วยงานหลักของกองทัพเรือที่มีภารกิจดำเนินการฝึกอบรม ให้การศึกษา และปกครองบังคับบัญชาทหารกองประจำการ ปีงบประมาณละ 4 ผลัด ผลัดละ 3,000 นาย โดยมีระยะเวลาในการฝึกอบรม 8 สัปดาห์ต่อผลัด เพื่อเปลี่ยนแปลงทหารใหม่จากพลเรือนให้มีลักษณะทางทหารและฝึกอบรมความรู้ที่สำคัญประกอบด้วย วิชาทหารราบ ตามคู่มือแบบฝึกพระราชทาน โรงเรียนทหารมหาดเล็กรักษาพระองค์ (รร.ทม.รอ.), วิชาชีพทหารเรือทั่วไป เช่น การอาวุธ, การผูกเชือก, การตีกระเชียงเรือ และการฝึกป้องกันความเสียหาย เพื่อสร้างความเป็นทหาร ความเป็นชาวเรือ
นอกจากนี้แล้วยังมีการฝึกอบรมด้านอาชีพเพิ่มเติม เช่น ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ทฤษฎีใหม่ ศูนย์ฝึกทหารใหม่ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารเรือ ตลอดจนการแนะแนวการมีอาชีพจากคณะกรรมการพัฒนาอาชีพกองประจำการ กองทัพเรือ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการอบรมอาชีพที่ทหารใหม่สนใจก่อนปลดประจำการต่อไป
การเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้เป็นไปตาม นโยบาย ผบ.ทร.ประจำปี งป.68 นโยบายหลัก ด้านยุทธการและการฝึก เสริมสร้างความร่วมมือและริเริ่มการสร้างกลไกการประสานงานร่วมกัน ระหว่าง กองทัพเรือและหน่วยงานความมั่นคงทางทะเล และ ภาคเอกชน/On Tuesday 29 April 2025, Capt. Tiwa Onlaor, Commanding Officer, Recruit Training Centre, Naval Education Department, greeted Vice Adm. Pibul Peerachaidecho, Director General, Naval Intelligence Department, and Defence Attaches who reside aboard in an occasion of an official visit at the New Theory Learning Centre, Recruit Training Centre, Naval Education Department, Sub District of Bangsarey, District of Sattahip, Chonburi Province.
Naval Intelligence Department hosted a relationship-enhancing activity between the Royal Thai Navy and International Defence Attaches 2025 (MAC-T Tour 2025). The activity will take place during 29 April 2025-1 May 2025 in the eastern part of Thailand (provinces of Chonburi and Rayong). The tour aims to enhance International Defence Attaches’ understanding of Royal Thai Navy Recruit Trainings. Royal Thai Navy Recruit Training Program is considered as one of the various interesting topics in International Defence Attaches’ attention. Thus, the Director General of Naval Intelligence led the International Defence Attaches in this official visit to Recruit Training Centre, Naval Education Department.
The Recruit Training Center, Naval Education Naval Department, is the main institution that is responsible for training, instructing, and administering enlisted soldiers each fiscal year. The Royal Thai Navy receives approximately 12,000 recruits yearly, through 4 intakes of 3,000 each. Recruits will go through an 8-week course which aims to transform them into sailors. The recruits training course encompasses a number of subjects which includes basic infantry instruction as outlined by the King’s Royal Guard School, and basic naval training such as weapons, knot tying, boat safety and rescue, and damage control trainings. Moreover, the center also provides recruits with multiple apprenticeship training and guidance courses like the Agricultural Learning Center and the Navy’s Board of Apprenticeship Development, which are designed to help recruits find work after completing their national service.
The tour is in accordance with the principal policy of the Commander-in-Chief, Royal Thai Navy 2025 in an aspect of operations and trainings. The policy aims to enhance cooperation and initiate building collaboration mechanism among the Royal Thai Navy, Maritime Security Agencies, and Private Sector
